Here’s where I’m at with holiday prep: tree is up, shopping is (almost) done, wrapping station is ready to rock and I’m starting to plan what to bring to the four (yes, four!) Christmas dinners that we attend each year a.k.a. the best part.
We’ve already established that I’m not one for restriction around the holidays, and well, I’m not one for “healthifying” a recipe either if it means compromising on taste.
