I am so PUMPED to share the Endo Toolkit by Jessica Murnane with you, a five-week online program to create tools to help manage endometriosis pain and symptoms.
- Been on 100 message boards searching for ways to manage your pain?
- Felt like punching the next person that says, “it’s just a period.”
- Felt like there has to be a better solution than taking more pills?
- Wanted to feel better so badly, but felt too overwhelmed to try?
Then the Endo Toolkit is what you’ve been looking for.
The program was created by Jessica Murnane — who you might recognize from Heavy Flow episode 6 — creator of the One Part Plant movement & author of the One Part Cookbook, and host of the One Part Podcast. She also has Stage IV endometriosis and avoided a hysterectomy at age 33 by overhauling her life, starting with her diet.
Which is all to say, she knows her shit.
The first time I heard Jessica talk about managing her endo was almost four years ago, on the Lively Show. I knew Jessica from her book A Year of Cookies – clearly a gal after my own heart – and I tuned in, jazzed to hear about eating plants and hopefully more about cookies.
I wasn’t expecting to find myself in tears on the subway.
At the time I was suffering from some health issues that I was struggling to get a handle on. I knew that I needed to change my diet in order to feel better but it was fucking hard.
Although I didn’t have endometriosis, I identified with Jessica’s story. I wanted to change but I still wanted to be me.
Listening to her share the hard parts of change and not just the happily-ever-after story we usually see online, was so inspiring. And I didn’t just listen to that interview once – whenever I was feeling stuck I went back and listened to it again and again.
The Endo Toolkit is the real deal.
This isn’t about magic potions or superfoods or fad diets. The Endo Toolkit wants to help those living with this chronic condition develop a powerful set of practical tools to help manage it – that includes diet, exercise and stress, stuff you know I am all about.
Early bird pricing ends January 28th and registration closes February 4th.
