One of the hallmarks of holistic nutrition is that it is individualized, taking each person’s history, lifestyle and health goals into account to create a unique plan just for them. No two people are alike which means no two diets or approaches to health and wellness should be alike!

However, there are a few things that I find myself repeating to just about every client that I have worked with. Beyond drinking lots of water and eating fresh, natural foods here are the four healthy habits that I recommend to all my clients!


Superfood Scramble

As I was scrambling a few eggs for breakfast last week I felt pretty chuffed with myself that I had super-charged them with a sprinkle of turmeric, a warming, anti-inflammatory spice that is often referred to as a “superfood” on the Internet. Standing over the stove I realized that every ingredient in the pan was in fact a superfood in their own right.
