I’m a feminist holistic nutritionist specializing in menstrual health. I offer nutritional support for:

  • PCOS
  • Endometriosis
  • Irregular periods
  • Painful periods
  • Post-birth control syndrome

My one-on-one sessions are designed to figure out what’s going on with your menstrual cycle so you can break the curse.
In our session together, you’ll be able to talk about your period problems with a holistic nutritionist in a shame-free, non-judgemental way and receive personalized advice, specifically for your challenges. Here’s what we’ll work on:

  • Decoding your specific symptoms
  • Identifying holistic nutrition and intuitive eating habits you can put in place to support your hormonal health
  • Figuring out how to navigate the medical system
